Trommel Screens - Rotating Drum Screens



FILTRATION SOLUTIONS supplies high quality internally fed rotating wedgewire or punched plate drum (trommel) screens. These units are extremely competitive in both quality and price.

They range from small (0.5 m diameter) to very large units (1.5 m diameter or more) in stainless steel. Drums are of high quality and have close tolerances on slot width.


SUITABILITY

Removal of particles 0.75 mm or larger from process flows or waste water from:
  • Abattoirs (beef, pork, poultry), fisheries, dairies, vegetable oils, beer and carbonated beverages, citric fruits and rice and various food processing factories

  • Pulp and paper, minerals separation, plastics, chemicals, oils, sugar, tanning, paints, wine production

  • Sewage treatment
